Sandwich Sunday for The Guest House of MKE

Join us every second Sunday at Discover Church for Sandwich Sundays, preparing sandwiches which benefit the Guest House of Milwaukee. *In May, it is moved to the third Sunday because of Mother's Day. Our advocates for Sandwich Sundays are Gloria Galaska and Omayra Torres.
From 10:45am-12:30pm, meet the other volunteers in the Gym Kitchen at Discover Church and help prepare 800-1500 sandwiches! Table leaders will help you learn the entire process, and you will have so much fun while doing it! Not only do we needs hands to prepare the sandwiches, we need supplies to make them! If you are able, please donate a few loaves of bread, a few packages of sliced cheese, or a few pounds of sliced deli meat (no bologna please!). If you are donating, it is extremely helpful to message Gloria or Omayra so they can prepare for the number of donations coming in, and buy the needed supplies prior to the event. Also note, you can donate & volunteer, or you can just donate supplies. Both are extremely appreciated!
We are also looking for a couple of people who would be willing to drop off the sandwiches after the event, once or occasionally.
